another controversy as LSG coach Gautam Gambhir and RCB batsman Virat Kohli were seen having an
argument. Following RCB's 18-wicket victory over LSG on Monday night in
the IPL 2023 match, the star players from both teams, Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir,
were seen engaged in an ugly altercation, which resulted in a violation of the
IPL 2023 tournament's Code of Conduct.

The LSG coach was spotted charging at the RCB batter after Virat Kohli appeared to imitate Gautam Gambhir's former "finger on the lips" motion during the game to celebrate the victory. after which the two were involved in an angered argument.

Due to their furious altercation during last night's IPL
match, Royal Challengers Bangalore batsman Vitar Kohli and Lucknow Super Giants
coach Gautam Gambhir were each penalised 100% of their match fees.
In accordance with Article 2.21 of the IPL 2023 Code of Conduct, "Match Officials Shall Not Engage in Any Conduct Which Is Prejudicial to the Interests of the Game of Cricket, BCCI and/or the League, Including Without Limitation the Following: 2.1 Behavior that goes against the rules of the game. 2.2 Misbehaviors that discredits the game.
